Testing and configuration of protection and control systems
We conduct tests aimed at validating the protection and control (PAC) system according to the project's needs, as follows:

Local and remote substation operating philosophy.

Functional and basic engineering of PAC cabinets and associated bays.

Communication architecture and industrial protocols.

Adjustments adapted to the substation protection coordination study.
Additionally, we can assist you during the commissioning phase of the installation, ensuring that the power equipment is properly integrated with the PAC system. This way, the substation will be operational safely and reliably .
We have the experience and tools to configure protection and control devices from a wide variety of manufacturers. Additionally, our services include the provision of specialized Omicron equipment during testing, with current calibration certificates .
Electrical testing of primary assets
We perform tests for the acceptance or maintenance of electrical equipment in high, medium and low voltage, validating that they are within the values accepted by the applicable standards and the tolerances given by the manufacturers, to comply with the design specifications .
We have a wide variety of Omicron, Doble, Megger and Vanguard testing equipment, as well as experience in testing in new and existing facilities :
• Power and measurement transformers from 13.8 kV to 400 kV.
• Power switches and disconnectors up to 400 kV.
• Cables, bushings, insulators and indoor/outdoor cable terminations
• Primary and secondary medium voltage cells.
• Low voltage switchboards and capacitor banks.
Inspection and consulting of industrial electrical facilities
We offer a comprehensive view of industrial and commercial electrical systems through power quality audits, engineering reviews, and on-site surveys , with the goal of ensuring ideal solutions for our clients. For our audits, we conduct load studies, harmonic measurements, capture voltage events and/or disturbances, and record power and associated parameters for up to 45 days. We take the accurate documentation of your electrical installation very seriously.
Power transformer maintenance
Preventive maintenance of a power transformer is based on the need to restore the dielectric characteristics of the insulating oil, through the extraction by thermovacuum of the moisture and gaseous compounds generated by the activity of the equipment itself, significantly increasing its useful life.
The services we provide begin with the replacement and installation of transformer components, if necessary. Once this stage is complete, we initiate the high-vacuum process to ensure the tank is airtight and the solid insulation of the coils is dried. We then charge the tank with dielectric oil , perform electrical tests , and conduct functional tests of the unit .
To provide this service, we have a thermovacuum system for treating and charging the oil at a rate of 6,000 L/h, and a high-vacuum pump with a capacity of 350 m³/h for sealing and drying solid insulation. We also have dedicated equipment for a reliable power supply.
